I was going through my comments and I spotted that I had been tagged in this by Heather at The Sassy Book Geek! She tagged me a month ago, so firstly, I am SO sorry it took me so long. I’m so damn ditzy. Secondly, how could I resist? I love Autumn, even though we don’t it really get it here in Florida. It sucks. I love the crisp air, the changing and falling leaves, the cooling temperature…(Take a hint, Mother Nature!) I definitely miss living up in Pennsylvania at this time of year.
Crunching Leaves: The world is full of color. Choose a book that has reds, oranges, and yellows on the cover.
This book flashed in my mind instantly!
Cozy Sweater: It’s finally cold enough to don warm cozy clothing. What book gives you the warm fuzzies?
I love the feeling of nostalgia, which I find to be warm and fuzzy. So, for me, I go back to the books that made childhood wonderful. Be it something from Lucy Maud Montgomery or Little Women, or something from Ann Rinaldi, it’s something I read when I was younger.
Fall Storm: The wind is howling and the rain is pounding. Choose your favorite book OR genre that you like to read on a stormy day.
I love historical fiction. (You’d never guess, right?) I love to play classical music and listen to it. Sometimes I might even break my no eating or drinking rule and have a hot chocolate (lots of whipped cream, of course!) as I do. Stormy days are good for naps and reading.
Cool Crisp Air: What’s the coolest character you’d want to trade places with?
Do I get to come back? I think I would want to switch with Hermione Granger. I’ve always wanted to go to Hogwarts and be part of the Wizarding World. I think it would be a lot of fun! Except, I would not marry Ron. I’m definitely a Harry/Mione girl. But I’d be too busy focusing on all the fun Wizarding stuff! 😀
Hot Apple Cider: What under hyped book do you want to see become the next biggest, hottest thing?
Dracul by Dacre Stoker and J.D Barker. I need more people to read it so I have someone to flail with, damn it. It was such an amazing read and spooky, perfect for this time of year!
Coat, Scarves and Mittens: The weather has turned cold and it’s time to cover up. What’s the most embarrassing book cover you own that you like to keep hidden in public?
I don’t have one. And even if I did, it wouldn’t embarrass me because it’s my book and I’m enjoying it. I don’t honestly care what people think of me.
Pumpkin Spice: What’s your favorite fall time comfort food/foods?
And it’s also my favorite drink ever. ❤
